Consultants of alsus consulting GmbH carried out an analytical strategy project at SAP Germany AG & Co.KG. Gathering a vast amount of primary data as well as applying innovative consulting methods, the project led to results which were very satifying for our client SAP. The project was executed jointly with alsus' official partner Graduate School of Pforzheim.

As part of a cooperation with the Graduate School Pforzheim (MBA in International consulting), consultants of alsus consulting GmbH supported DaimlerChrysler AG in a global process analysis project. In a sub-project, the entire processes in the HR department of the factory "DaimlerChrysler Wörth" were analyzed and documented using the ARIS toolset. The plant in Wörth is with over 40,000 employees DaimlerChrysler's largest production site for trucks worldwide.

BTC Traffic Systems GmbH commissioned the consulting company alsus consulting GmbH to conduct a 9 month strategy project. In this project, based on a detailed market analysis, a comprehensive corporate strategy was developed jointly with the company's management team. The implementation of this strategy was accompanied actively by alsus through a detailed action item catalogue.

alsus conducted a 3-month BPM-project in the headquarter of Hessen's soccer association - Germany's largest soccer association - analyzing the business processes of the controlling department as well as of the player-ID department using the ARIS-toolset.
